Testing is a bit tricky because there are two connector pins, and they perform different functions but the most effective method to test it is by measuring resistance between the sensor and the ECU. It should read about 1000 ohms when the sensor is in full operation. If you're having issues with this sensor, look for signs of coolant or oil in the connector bay.
2. Injectors
Yesterday, when i was accelerating to the fullest speed from highway paytoll, I experienced massive power loss like the engine is running out of gas or the injectors aren't firing any more. This morning i pull out the spark plugs, 3 were drenched with gazoline the 4th one was dry. I put a piece of tissue over each injector hole, and when i turn the engine on without sparks, the three that have gazoline pop right out. The 4th one remains closed. I tried to test the ground connections of ECU pins 14,30, and 48/55. I found 0ohm. I'm assuming that the issue is elsewhere.
I also tried to reset the PID without success. The car can start if the G28 is disconnected and it runs perfectly when it is connected but it still has intermittent misfire issues at higher RPM. The coolant sensor (G62), even when unplugged, still shows temperatures of -49c. Also i noticed that the oil pressure gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bar, whereas the actual pressure is 0.0 when I crank up the engine.
I'm not sure what to do, but i believe that i've ruled out everything else. I'm afraid i may have missed something. If anyone has any ideas please let me know! TIA!
3. Fuel Pump
